SUPER BOX SB1 SERIES
This steering box is engineered to be the
ultimate in bolt-on power steering performance
for those vehicles used for more off-road than
on road driving. Designed to be the most
powerful and nimble steering with the least
amount of effort, the SB1 features the largest
piston available and a special spool valve to
increase turning force. Total Bearing Control
locks in the sector shaft for smooth steering.
This box combined with an AGR Super Pump will
provide the maximum available turning force in a
steering box combination. Want more power than
this? You'll need to step up to the AGR ROCKRAM*
System. Short wheel-base Jeep CJ's, TJ's and
similar sized vehicles should consider the SB2
box if driven at highway speeds. |

SUPER PUMP
This is a bolt-on replacement for the Saginaw
P-series pump. All P-series pumps are easily
identified as they bolt inside the front face of
a steel reservoir. The Super Pump is designed
and manufactured to produce the maximum pressure
and flow possible without affecting the pump's
durability. Modifications and the addition of
proprietary components produce significant
increases in flow and pressure over OEM and
rebuilt auto parts store pumps. The AGR Super
Pump is HIGHLY recommended for use with the
Super Box 1 & 2 to get the most performance
possible from your steering system. |

TC SUPER PUMP
Many later model Jeeps and
other vehicles use the Saginaw TC pump. This is
a smaller pump than the P-series pump and
features a plastic or remote reservoir. AGR has
developed a modified version of this pump to
provide the necessary increase in pressure and
flow for the Super Box. |

RACING POWER STEERING PUMP
NASCAR winning AGR Race Pumps are engineered
with durability as our top priority. All
modifications are designed to reduce horsepower
loss and lower operating temperatures while
producing the power assist demanded. AGR Race
Pumps are engineered and ported for performance
that far exceeds OEM factory or rebuilt auto
parts store pumps. All race pumps are equipped
with high temperature seals, o-rings and a
special high temperature/high RPM bearing
manufactured to AGR specifications. All pumps
include JIC fittings. High flow pumps are
recommended if steering quickeners are used. AGR
Aluminum Race Pumps are the lightest and most

manufactured of glass filled nylon for strength

The ultimate in brute steering force for off-road
vehicles. Originally developed for competition
rockcrawlers, the ROCKRAM* system will improve the
off-road and on-highway handling of any vehicle running
larger tires. It works equally well on weekend trail
riders, hardcore rockcrawlers or the four wheeler with
large tires and a lift kit who rarely gets off-road but
is fighting the wheel to get into a tight parking spot.
The ROCKRAM* system is engineered for any vehicle
needing extra steering force to turn large tires or
maneuver off-road. The ROCKRAM* system increases your
steering force by 100% or more, yet still retains
excellent handling characteristics for on-road driving.
The Ram cylinder servers as an added assist to the
gearbox and as a powered steering stabilizer, eliminating
the need for a conventional steering stabilizer. The Ram
cylinder uses dynamic hydraulic pressure to control
front-end movement, not just cushion it. This results in
a smoother ride and increased tire life. |

RACK & PINION
AGR offers the late model type aluminum15:1
ratio rack & pinion. This housing is far
superior to the earlier versions and will accept
a modified spool valve. AGR originally developed
this rack for use in SCCA Trans-Am racing. This
rack & pinion offers firm and responsive
steering. This unit is superior to the early TRW
type rack & pinion which was designed for econo
cars, not performance cars. AGR offers a 20:1
ratio Ford rack & pinion with modified valving.
This unit retains the earlier housing. |

Red Line Power Steering Fluild. A true synthetic, race
proven power steering fluid. AGR recommends that only a
true synthetic fluid be used in our products. |
Power steering coolers are manufactured with internal
turbulators and external fins. The special method of
manufacturing features full brazing of all inner and
outer contact surfaces. This results in a highly
efficient heat exchange rate and a nonrestricted flow. |
